As a Public BID Manager you:
- plan and oversee public tender processes, including understanding and meeting the requirements in procurement documents
- develop and maintain relationships with public decision-makers and key stakeholders within the public sector
- bring together expertise from various internal departments to design and develop winning bids
- are responsible for understanding the procurement market and identifying relevant business opportunities
- coordinate and create bid documents with persuasive messages and strong business arguments
- follow up on ongoing procurement processes and participate in negotiations with public clients
- update and manage all relevant information in the CRM system to ensure traceability and efficiency
Desirable skills and experiences

- a strategic mindset, ability to create long-term goals and you know how to achieve them
- previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent
- a strong sense of ownership, drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets, a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, with a can-do attitude, and you are results- and goal-driven with the ability to achieve set targets
- previous experience in public procurement and negotiations
- a curiosity with an eagerness to learn and to make new connections with prospects
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executive, and peers, with an ability to represent Connectel externally
- strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
- high motivation, is a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, with a can-do attitude, and you are results- and goal-driven with the ability to achieve set targets
- ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- knowledge of SaaS is a merit
You must be fluent in Swedish and English. Any additional language such as French, German or Spanish is a merit.
